 It doesn't matter if you are in great shape,
want to go for a stroll, or need to walk the dog, you'll enjoy hiking or biking
the many trails in the hundreds of acres surrounding Silver Beach. Many are
groomed trails, or you can get off the beaten path to climb to the top. From
there you can enjoy the awesome view of Spirit Lake and the mountains beyond.
As you trek through the forest, you may see many types of wildlife and vegetation. Various trees, bushes and flowers bloom throughout the summer. The rustic town of Spirit Lake is an easy 2 mile jaunt on a paved road. Day passes for Inland Empire Paper Company may be purchased in Spirit Lake. |
